These terms apply to the use of nexsite.gr. Design, development and other services are provided only on the basis of a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
3. Information on the website
We take care that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not a binding offer. Prices shown are indicative starting prices and are stated excluding VAT. The scope, the total price (including VAT where it applies) and the timeline of a project are set out in our written proposal before you commit to anything.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you may not:

You may view the pages and print or save them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Portfolio
Client names, websites, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown to present work we have carried out. Projects marked as a concept are design proposals and not commissioned work.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to external websites, including those of our clients. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and in all cases where mandatory law, in particular consumer-protection law, does not allow liability to be limited. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its general information.
10. Personal data and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these terms

12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts. Consumers may also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
13. Language versions
These terms are available in English, Greek, German and French. If the versions differ, the Greek version prevails.
