The brief
How could a beach bar’s website feel like spending a day there — from the first swim to the last light?
Overview
Baiocco is a beach bar with a modern Greek kitchen on Apokrousi Bay, Kythnos. We designed this concept around the rhythm of a day at the beach: the bay, the table, the boutique, golden hour and nightfall, each as its own chapter. It is a working, bilingual demo built from the venue’s own photos and menu — shown here as a concept, not as a commissioned project.
What we did
- A “day-chapter” structure that follows a visit from midday to sunset.
- The menu transcribed from the venue’s printed menu, not invented.
- Only the venue’s own photographs — no generated imagery.
- Greek and English versions, with a typographic system chosen for both alphabets.
